Our modular electric control box is incredibly simple and rugged.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shown is a typical single compressor three phase chiller control box with contactors for the compressor, chilled water pump and raw water pump.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Ranco temperature controller, transformer and time delays are also over the counter. It can't be more simple and rugged than that!<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Our <\/span>Fan Coils<\/span> feature an insulated <\/span>stainless steel chassis<\/span>, a super quiet, top quality balanced squirrel cage insulated blower motor, bleeder nipples, optional bypass solenoid, rugged relays\/contactors.  NO PROPRIETARY PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS! A child can follow the schematic.<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

The optional heat can be one of our legendary incoloy clad electric elements in the fan coil (shown), an in line oil fired boiler, an electric element in the chiller, or reverse cycle.<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

We prefer the electric elements in the fan coils because the entire system is shut down when in the heating season - the only moving part is the blower motor when heat is called for.<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

We have had tens of thousands of these elements in service for many years - they are extremely safe and basically indestructible.<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n
